Responsibilities

As the IT department for Mercedes-Benz Aftersales Logistics, we are responsible for the entire IT system landscape used to control and optimize Aftersales Logistics worldwide.

Our team supports the applications in global logistics and planning processes in the Aftersales sector to ensure smooth supply to workshops and high customer satisfaction.

Our team is offering a working student position starting mid-March 2026 to work in the Aftersales IT (ITS/GL) department.

The responsibilities include:

• Collaboration in the agile product team (taking over own user stories, creating test cases, etc.)
• Maintenance and updating of content on communication platforms (e.g., Social Intranet)
• Support for the team lead and colleagues on other specialist topics

Qualifications

• Field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences
• Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Commitment and teamwork skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Communication skills and good comprehension, interest in IT project management

Additional Information

Duration: minimum 6 months with the option to extend.
