As a (Senior) Sales Consultant Health & Benefits Mid-market, you will support the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team in implementing the future strategy to better advise our mid-market clients and establish sales anchor points, particularly in the areas of company health insurance (bKV), group accident insurance, and expat/international travel health insurance. Furthermore, in collaboration with our Global Benefits colleagues, as well as our local Pension and Risk colleagues, you will ensure that clients headquartered outside Germany also gain an overview of relevant benefits in Germany and support their implementation.

- Implementation of our strategy to advise and retain mid-market clients and foreign companies more intensively.
- Independent consulting and support of clients and prospects.
- Expansion / Business Development of existing clients or clients with an international mandate.
- Obtaining local service agreements and broker mandates.
- Setup of policies in collaboration with our contract administration department.
- Close cooperation with adjacent departments within Mercer Marsh Benefits, as well as Mercer and Marsh client advisors.
- Exchange with our subject matter experts and joint further development of pension solutions with our clients.
- Further development of our mid-market & incoming strategy and corresponding documentation in coordination with local MMB leadership.

- Sound knowledge in the area of insurance-related benefits in Germany.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Enjoyment in developing and selling solutions for clients & colleagues.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit, initiative, and customer-oriented action and thinking.
- Energy to engage with new sales and health topics.
- Studies in insurance, finance, public/international health, or similar fields preferred.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
