Position: Red Team Specialist

Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work

Compensation: $56/hour

Location: Remote ; Geography restricted to USA & Europe

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI models for vulnerabilities by conducting jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.
Document findings reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases for customer action.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Fluent Language Skills Required: Native-level fluency in English & German.
Prior experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
Strong communication skills to explain risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with Adversarial ML techniques such as jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, and model extraction.
Background in Cybersecurity including penetration testing, exploit development, and reverse engineering.
Knowledge of socio-technical risk, harassment/disinfo probing, and abuse analysis.
