Role Responsibilities
- Develop long-horizon selling tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
- Build scenarios in Top-of-funnel, Deal execution, and Forecasting using structured criteria and checkable answers.
- Create ICP lists, account research briefs, proposals, and SOWs with precise sections and pricing.
- Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fills and forecast categorization aligned with defined rules.
- Work independently on challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success (mid-market or enterprise).
- Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft.
- Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives.
- Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
