Head Project Transfer Team (MSAT)

Tasks

Project Management and Process Transfer:

• Responsible for defining and adhering to project goals, schedules, and deliverables
• Responsible for transferring and implementing manufacturing processes at the Dessau Filler site.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Leading a cross-functional team,
• Organizing meetings and promoting collaboration between technical experts and stakeholders in Merz Aesthetics' international production network

Resource and Quality Management:

• Managing budgets, resources, risk and change management, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Documenting implemented projects in a GMP environment
• Implementing plans and planning results in relevant project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet

Profil

• Completed studies in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Engineering
• Many years of professional experience in: ** Process transfer ** Product development activities ** Project management in a regulated environment, including international contexts
• Relevant experience in: ** Production support/product maintenance ** Process definition, development, design, scale-up, improvement, and validation in a GMP-compliant environment
• Leadership experience: ** Leading cross-functional teams in the development and scale-up of manufacturing processes ** Team development
• Regulatory knowledge: ** Experience with medical device submissions ** Support during regulatory inspections
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
