Your Contribution

  • Develop and manage global scientific communications, congress, and publications plans for key assets in alignment with medical strategy, data availability, and regional requirements
  • Support content development for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations, advisory boards, and trainings; ensure scientific rigor and compliance throughout the review process
  • Oversee execution of publication tactics and manage vendor relationships, budgets, and publication databases
  • Monitor medical and scientific literature to maintain expertise in disease areas and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of scientific communication strategies
  • Manage multiple scientific communication projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to compliance standards
  • Contribute to process development, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance for all scientific communications activities

Your Profile

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in a scientific or medical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scientific communications, medical writing, or a related field
  • Experience in clinical and/or real-world evidence (RWE) study design, interpretation, and publication
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in KOL relationships and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in English; basic conversational German is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20--30%
  • Reliable, authentic, and adaptable personality with strong team-working and communication skills
  • Able to understand and communicate complex scientific information effectively
