About us
Your mission
- Join our us as a Senior QA Engineer, support our Embedded team and play a key role in delivering high-quality embedded products.
- Provide technical expertise in defining test strategies, improving test coverage, and developing test automation for embedded systems.
- Take ownership of the existing embedded testing landscape and continuously improve test coverage, quality, and reliability.
- Take ownership of product quality throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements clarification to release validation.
- Design, implement, and maintain effective manual and automated testing approaches for embedded systems.
- Identify quality risks, support root cause analysis, and drive improvements to product reliability and performance.
- Support release validation activities and help ensure reliable product deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and engineering stakeholders to clarify requirements, analyze defects, and support release decisions.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing infrastructure, and engineering best practices.

Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related qualification.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, risk-based testing).
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems and testing of hardware-related products.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and interfaces is a plus.
- Experience with test automation (experience with Python and Playwright would be a plus).
- Certification at ISTQB Foundation Level and experience with ISO9001 is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent English communication skills are a must-have (German is a plus but not required).
