Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Representative (m/f/d) in internal sales, you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers, advising them by phone on our product range and services. Do you know exactly what is important to our customers in the hotel and gastronomy industry? Then joining the largest sales team in our industry is just the right thing for you! Together with the field sales customer management, you will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty and achieving the joint sales goals of your area of responsibility.

  • Telephone Support: Reliable and active telephone support for our top existing customers is your top priority.
  • Support for our Delivery Customers: You will be responsible for order processing and supporting our delivery customers, working closely with our delivery locations in the region.
  • Customer Consultation: You will identify customer needs by proactively advising them on our catering service solutions and promotional products.
  • Strategy Planning: Together with the field sales team, you will create a strategy plan to achieve your sales goals and act with passion to reach the set targets.
  • Strategy Optimization: You will regularly review the measures for their success and always develop corresponding optimization possibilities.
  • Teamwork: You will form an unbeatable team with our field sales customer managers, the wholesale market, and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Education: Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)) or alternatively have gastronomic experience, e.g., as a Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d), Hotel Specialist (m/f/d), or as a Cook (m/f/d).
  • Career Changers: Career changers are also very welcome! Do you have experience in gastronomy but not in sales? Or do you have sales experience but not in gastronomy? Together, we will make you a sales professional in the gastronomy sector!
  • Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you have initial experience in sales/telephone sales (inbound and outbound), a passion for food, and are proficient with MS Office.
  • Sales Talent: You are strong in communication, have sales talent, and building networks is second nature to you.
  • Customer Orientation: You make our customers happy, as friendliness is just as natural for you as customer, service, and quality orientation, and the ability to quickly adapt to conversation partners.
