About the Role

As a Seller Performance Manager, your mission is to optimize long-term seller success and ensure a healthy, growing marketplace. Balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on operations, you will directly impact our marketplaces reputation and sustainability by ensuring core KPIs are consistently met and sellers thrive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Empower Sellers: Build trusting relationships through regular touchpoints (calls, presentations, visits) and collaborative KPI tracking.
  • Drive Performance: Develop and execute strategies to boost NPS and Seller Account Health, championing a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Connect the Dots: Act as the central hub across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex operational roadblocks.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Continuously track marketplace metrics to turn raw data into actionable performance improvements.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and unlock new cross-border selling opportunities.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Optimize order fulfillment processes and oversee accurate seller payouts.
  • Protect the Marketplace: Enforce compliance guidelines to maintain a high-quality, healthy seller ecosystem.

You've got

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational training.
  • Experience in E-Commerce and a solid understanding of the marketplace business model.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building and sales-oriented skills, including presentation, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Clear, precise, and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the language of the assigned country.
