About the Role

And that's where you come in: As a technical customer advisor (m/f/d), you will help our users with questions about the software, making the customers, you, and us happy.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about our software -- via phone, remote maintenance, or email.
• Analyze technical inquiries regarding design and calculation with our TGA software.
• Find solutions for practical challenges faced by our customers -- sometimes very simple, sometimes really tricky.
• Provide valuable feedback from support to our development team, thus contributing to the further development of mh-BIM.

Qualifications

• A completed degree or technician training in TGA, process engineering, building technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience with CAD systems (ideally with mh-BIM), technical calculation, and applicable standards.
• Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and exchange with people.
• A structured, independent way of working and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You are eager to learn and have a good grasp of concepts.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing -- you communicate clearly and understandably.
