(Senior) ServiceNow AI Specialist (all genders)

Tasks

As a (Senior) ServiceNow AI Specialist you will be a key driver of strategic and technical AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your mission is to design, build, govern and scale AI-enabled workflows, agentic systems and intelligent automation that deliver measurable business impact for our clients. You will work across the entire AI-capability stack (from Use Case Strategy and AI Agent Studio development to centralized AI governance with AI Control Tower).

• Develop, configure and extend AI Agents using AI Agent Studio and Now Assist components to create autonomous task-executing systems that solve real business problems
• Architect and implement AI-centric workflows aligned to client goals using ServiceNow's AI Platform (AI Agent Fabric, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search)
• Integrate and enhance ServiceNow AI capabilities with third-party models/tools while maintaining enterprise-grade governance and security
• Design and maintain AI governance strategies using AI Control Tower, ensuring visibility, compliance, risk mitigation and measurable impact across all deployed AI agents and models
• Implement custom scripts, integrations and advanced logic using JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and further ServiceNow best practices
• Provide technical thought leadership, contribute to pre-sales and solution proposals, and represent MHP in client workshops.

Qualifications

To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) ServiceNow AI Specialist, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed Studies and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and development
• Passion for AI-enabled solutions on ServiceNow, ideally including AI Agent Studio & Now Assist AI agents or AI Control Tower governance and lifecycle management
• Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST, data modeling and integrating AI models and enterprise systems
• Your way of working is characterized by excellent communication with a consultative mindset and client-facing experience and ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs

• Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
