Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Testmanager (m/w/d).

What are your main responsibilities?

  • Definition of test strategy and planning of tests, based on the requirements and goals of the projects.
  • Planning and execution of all test phases and test cases (Unit Test, Integration Tests, System Tests, User Acceptance Tests)
  • Selection of test methods and techniques
  • Definition and implementation of appropriate test automation:
  • Management of test resources (tools, test environments, personnel if applicable)
  • Identification of potential risks and problems that may arise during testing. Definition of measures for risk reduction
  • Documentation, evaluation, and reporting of test results
  • Central point of contact for all test activities

What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed studies or technical training in fields such as computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.
  • Practical experience and extensive knowledge in software development and testing
  • Knowledge of various test tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Analytical thinking and working style
  • Excellent communication skills:
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Interest in further training
