Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the ongoing accounting of several companies
• Processing and monitoring of all financial transactions
• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB in cooperation with external tax advisors
• Creation and further development of financial reports and key performance indicator systems
• Conducting analyses and preparing decision-making bases for management
• Coordination of accounting processes with external partners
• Monitoring of cash flows and intercompany loans
• Preparation of financial information for internal reporting and presentations
• Participation in real estate-related accounting processes
• Contribution to the optimization of finance processes and reporting structures

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree
• Further training in accounting or controlling is an advantage
• Professional experience in accounting or controlling
• Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Experience in working with tax advisors
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
• Experience in handling key performance indicators and analyses
• Good German and very good English skills
