Aufgabengebiet

Project Context:

The project is part of a growing international program focused on harmonizing processes and developing an internal tool. The setup includes distributed teams and stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Review the current program structure and existing agile ways of working
• Identify improvement areas in processes, collaboration, and delivery flow
• Define and implement enhanced agile practices, structures, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe alignment)
• Strengthen collaboration and alignment across multiple sub-workstreams
• Support the team in adopting and sustaining improved agile methodologies
• Manage and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency

Anforderungsprofil

Professional Experience:

• Strong experience as Agile Coach / Scrum Coach in complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record in large-scale agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
• Experience working in international and offshore team setups (must have)
• Background in scaling agile within growing programs

Personal Skills:

• Senior-level profile with strong hands-on mentality
• Assertive, structured, and results-driven
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across cultures
• Ability to drive change and establish sustainable processes
• Experience in the energy sector
