Tasks

Agent Development

Design and implementation of intelligent, agent‑based systems using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Vertex AI (Gemini) for multi‑step reasoning and decision‑making

Platform Integration

Integration of AI agents into an existing internal agent platform, ensuring seamless communication between GCP services and enterprise systems

HRIS Integration

Development of interfaces to interact with Workday (e.g. employee data retrieval, leave requests, workflow orchestration)

RAG & Grounding

Implementation of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) leveraging HR documentation, policies, and knowledge bases

Cloud & Architecture

Design and operation of scalable AI workflows within the GCP ecosystem (Vertex AI)

HR Process Automation

Optimisation and automation of HR service processes (employee self‑services, request handling, ticket management)

Security & Compliance

Ensuring data protection (GDPR) and role‑based access control within the HR environment

Anforderungsprofil

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in software development, particularly API and cloud integration
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g. ADK, ReAct, tool-calling)
• Experience in asynchronous integrations and microservices architectures
• Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-driven knowledge systems
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Experience in designing secure, scalable cloud architectures in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data models, system integration, and data protection
