Responsibilities
You will directly influence the business success of your clients by supporting them in the area of recruiting, which is relevant for corporate success. You will build a valid and relevant client network, engaging with business partners at executive levels. Your daily work will be characterized by client pitches, business development, new client acquisition, and candidate interviews. You will advise your clients on job requirements and recruiting strategies, thereby leading recruiting processes to success. You will bring your clients and candidates together, acting as a partner for both parties.
Candidate Profile
You possess intrinsic motivation, perseverance, enthusiasm, and passion for the profession. You are a salesperson through and through, distinguishing yourself through your hunger for success, your initiative, and your sense of responsibility. Ideally, you have already proven your success in previous sales positions. Your passions include networking as well as building and expanding business client relationships. You have the ability to not only build trust but also to successfully close deals. You are a team player, committed not only to achieving your own goals but also to the overall result. You strive to take on responsibility and actively manage important projects for your clients. You have a successfully completed degree or a comparable commercial apprenticeship, as well as fluent German and good English skills.
