Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Analysis, optimization, and mapping of business processes within Salesforce
• Conception and execution of complex Salesforce Flows
• Consulting for business departments and stakeholders at a senior level
• Technical responsibility within Salesforce projects
• Future potential: Taking on a Head-of role with strategic and managerial responsibilities

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Salesforce (Consulting / Implementation)
• Ideally, a background in personnel consulting or the recruiting sector
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce Flow
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution-oriented consulting
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Very good German language skills
