To strengthen our Customer Service, we are looking for a communicative person with team spirit as:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)

Full-time (37.5 hrs./week)

LOCATION: DÜSSELDORF

Do you have professional experience in order processing and want to sharpen and further develop your acquired skills in a growing company with a compelling purpose, strong values, and the highest quality standards? Then support us in Customer Service and actively shape the growth of our corporate brand.

We look forward to your support with the following tasks:

• Complete order processing (order receipt, entry of orders, invoicing)
• Entry of returns, credit notes, and direct debits
• Procurement of customs-relevant documents for third-country shipments and filing
• Consultation and support of international customers throughout the entire order process (by phone and email)
• Coordination of shipping in close cooperation with the logistics department

What you bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or freight forwarding clerk
• Comprehensive knowledge of international order processing
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of using an ERP system
