Your Responsibilities at a Glance:

• Consulting & Analysis: You will develop individual ERP solutions based on our clients' processes -- from warehousing to accounting.
• Customizing & Implementation: You will specifically adapt the systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Support & Training: You will assist with questions, solve technical problems remotely, and train users on how to use the software.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics) or commercial apprenticeship with an IT focus
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting (ideally with Microtech büro )
• Understanding of business processes and a passion for pragmatic solutions
• Independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer contact
