We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organization. This role is perfect for early-career professionals passionate about turning data into insights and helping teams make informed decisions in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Assist in analyzing trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Help document data processes, definitions, and best practices
• Participate in ad-hoc analysis to support business and product decisions

Requirements

Junior-Level (0--2 years):

• Basic experience with data analysis from internships, academic projects, or early professional roles
• Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL; familiarity with Python, R, or other data tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data tasks
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a remote environment

General Requirements:

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
