I am Milena Richter, founder of HerzKlar Business (HKB). We help women and people to clarify and strengthen their relationship with themselves and with the most important people in their lives, and to implement their heart's desires. Our HeartRelationship Coaching provides structure, awareness, and honest connection in personal development.
Responsibilities
- Active outreach to potential interested parties via social media (DMs, comments, story reactions, etc.)
- Structured pre-qualification of leads according to defined criteria
- Written appointment scheduling in the calendar for consultation appointments
- Documentation and maintenance of leads in a CRM system
- Close coordination with me or the sales team
Qualifications
- Friendly and goal-oriented communication
- Self-responsibility, reliability, and drive for implementation
- Experience in social selling, sales, or community contact is helpful, but not a must as long as you are motivated
- Interest in heart relationships, personal development, and emotional clarity - both in relationships and in business
Benefits
Your income depends directly on your effort and closing rate. You will receive a commission per completed HeartRelationship Coaching package. You are completely location- and time-independent: Work when and where it suits you - ideally suited for independent, disciplined personalities with clear goals and leadership skills.
