Your mission is to make our user communication smarter, more automated, and deeply personalized at scale. You take full ownership of our CRM infrastructure, from transactional systems to AI-driven personalization, and constantly push the boundaries of what is technically possible. You build our CRM backbone using Braze, SQL, and AI to build automated, personalized experiences that scale.
Your Responsibility
- Campaign Excellence: You have deep technical experience in Braze, going well beyond campaign execution into its advanced technical capabilities. You are the go-to person when it comes to getting more out of the platform.
- Personalization at Scale: You move us away from manual segment-building toward fully automated, individually relevant communication - leveraging data, AI, and behavioral triggers.
- AI & Automation: You actively integrate AI tools into CRM workflows to increase efficiency, relevance, and personalization depth across all touchpoints.
- Transactional System Management: You own the technical maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our transactional systems to ensure critical user communication is reliable and performant.
- Scaling Experimentation: You design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and drive CLV - with a clear data-driven framework behind every decision.
Your Experience
- Experience: 4 years in CRM and Marketing Automation, ideally in a fast-paced, app-based B2C environment.
- Braze: Hands-on Braze expertise is a must - you are technically fluent in the platform and know how to unlock its advanced capabilities beyond standard usage.
- SQL: You are comfortable writing SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and analysis.
- Technical Stack: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid templating.
- AI-Affinity: You have a proven track record of integrating AI tools into marketing workflows to drive personalization and automation efficiency.
- Data Mindset: You don't just build - you measure, iterate, and optimize based on clear KPIs.
- Communication: Fluent in English.
