Management Consulting Domain Launch
We are establishing a Management Consulting domain dedicated to transforming real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. To ensure authenticity and credibility, we are assembling a team of seasoned consultants from McKinsey, BCG, and Bain. Your role will be to convert genuine project experience into comprehensive examples, covering everything from problem structuring and work planning to analysis, synthesis, and the creation of client-ready recommendations.
You will collaborate with a team of McKinsey and Bain consultants to shape the way AI develops high-level business reasoning capabilities.
Important Application Information
This role is exclusively for consultants with prior experience at MBB firms (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain). Applications from individuals without direct experience at one of these firms cannot be considered, as this requirement is essential for maintaining the domain's integrity and standards, ensuring it is built by practitioners with firsthand MBB training.
Who We're Looking For
We seek consultants with a minimum of 3 years of experience at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company.
Key Project Experience:
- Structuring ambiguous client problems
- Building models and synthesizing findings
- Producing client-ready deliverables
- Forming recommendations under uncertainty
A deep technical background is not required; we will provide onboarding for the necessary tools.
What You'll Do
- Build Realistic Consulting Project Environments: Develop detailed project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
- Design Structured Consulting Tasks for AI Agents: Deconstruct projects into tasks that mirror actual consulting work, such as market sizing, due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategy development, or operational diagnostics.
- Define Evaluation Criteria and Quality Standards: Create a grading framework, establish evaluation criteria, and develop golden solutions for each task. These will train and calibrate an LLM-based grading system to assess AI outputs at scale.
This is a remote, individual-contributor, project-based role focused on analytical design and evaluation.
Skills & Requirements
