Your Tasks:

• Conducting consultations and achieving sales closures
• Kitchen planning and quote creation using CARAT
• Independent price determination within the given guidelines
• Appointment scheduling, quote follow-up, subsequent appointments
• Order processing including checking and forwarding via EDP
• Creation of installation plans
• Arranging and incorporating measurements
• Accompanying the customer until handover -- and beyond
• Support with complaints
• Representing the company in the store and acting as the direct contact person for customers
• Active involvement in designing showroom kitchens and appliance concepts
• Team support during absences due to vacation or illness
• Exchanging ideas with colleagues on concepts, plans, and trends
• Ongoing training on new products and industry topics

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the kitchen sector
• Proficient in CARAT as well as Outlook & Excel
• In-depth knowledge of the brands: BORA, Miele, Siemens, next125, Schüller, Berbel, Quooker, Blanco
• Independent, reliable work with a low error rate
• Good self-organization and communication skills
