What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the Sales Academy, creating and delivering innovative training programs tailored to the needs of our sales teams.
  • Design onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to align training content with business objectives and market strategies.
  • Drive continuous learning by introducing advanced sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and technology enablement.
  • Implement performance measurement systems to track the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for sales staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the Sales Academy remains cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and proactively address them through targeted training initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Several years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a similar leadership role within a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful training and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience with modern sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales enablement platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of training initiatives.
  • Passion for developing talent and driving team success.
  • (Very) Good German Language skills (min. B2) and English skills in writing and speaking.
