Your Role in Driving Information Security Forward
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the information security management system in accordance with BAIT, (ZAG) MaRisk, and DORA, with a focus on ISO 27001.
- Create, update, and monitor information security policies, guidelines, and concepts to ensure a robust framework for the entire organization.
- Monitor legal and regulatory requirements (including KWG, BAIT, (ZAG) MaRisk, DORA, and GDPR) and translate them into practical, effective security measures.
- Manage risk analyses, assess security-related threats, and develop and enhance the ICT risk management framework according to DORA.
- Confidently coordinate and support resilience tests, vulnerability analyses, security incidents, and effectiveness checks, deriving targeted improvement measures.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Data Protection, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to maintain security, even under heightened threat conditions, and report directly to management.
Your Toolkit for Success
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Law, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in information security management within a regulated environment, along with a solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in establishing and developing ISMS and ICT risk management structures, ideally with reference to DORA and ISO 27001.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and a keen sense for risks to navigate complex issues effectively.
- Confident, clear, and solution-oriented communication with management, departments, and auditors.
- Proactiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to embedding information security for the long term.
