Stellenbeschreibung

Join the Booking Team at MOIA as a Product Manager (all genders) in Hamburg, Germany!

The Booking team is at the forefront of the autonomous mobility journey, managing the crucial first moments from app interaction to ride booking. We craft and maintain the conversion and booking experience that links riders with mobility services.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional product team including backend engineers, iOS and Android developers, UX designers, an agile coach, and a quality specialist. Together, you will innovate the booking experience, directly impacting conversion, trust, and clarity, while adapting to MOIA's expansion into new autonomous mobility modes and regions.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the needs of riders (B2B2C / B2G2C) by deeply understanding their pain points and expectations.
  • Holistic Balancing: Integrate rider experience, business objectives, and operational constraints throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing user research, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Domain Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end conversion, incentives, and booking processes for mobility services, translating this into clear problem statements, priorities, and a team roadmap.
  • Feature Management: Prepare and prioritize features as epics and stories for team refinement, while respecting architectural and technical limitations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Lead and Agile Coach to ensure product quality, reliable delivery, and a positive team dynamic.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear visibility to domain leadership and partner teams regarding goals, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Dependency Management: Effectively manage dependencies with other product teams and domains.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate rider insights and learnings from user-centric product development throughout the organization to inform product and business strategies.
  • Community Contribution: Actively participate in the Product Community by sharing ideas and experiences.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Product Excellence: Proven experience in building and optimizing conversion flows within mobile apps, demonstrating strong user and business impact. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing features end-to-end (backend to frontend). White-label app experience is a plus.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to align daily decisions with long-term value. Comfortable working with metrics and analyzing conversion data. Experience with QuickSight or Athena is advantageous.
  • Collaborative & Pragmatic Approach: Enjoy working closely with engineering and design peers, effectively resolving issues and making informed decisions to balance long-term funnel innovation with short-term delivery needs and operational demands.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and to question assumptions. Capable of clearly communicating complex problems and fostering a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere.
  • Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Eagerness to grow within a complex and evolving domain, with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English; German is a plus.

We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds. If you are passionate about this role and MOIA's mission, we want to hear from you!
