Join the Connectivity Team at MOIA!##
MOIA is seeking a Product Manager (all genders) to join our Connectivity team on a shared journey that matters! The Connectivity Team builds and operates the backbone of vehicle‑to‑platform communication, owning the end‑to‑end connectivity landscape that links in‑vehicle systems with digital services. We cover communication architecture, SIM, MNO, and connectivity lifecycle management, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable communication paths across products and services.
What you will do:
- Own and manage the connectivity backlog for vehicle‑to‑platform communication, including SIM/MNO lifecycle topics.
- Break down features into actionable backlog items, clarify scope and acceptance criteria, and support the team with timely decisions.
- Collaborate daily with development teams, answering questions and ensuring a shared understanding of priorities.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., MNOs, SIM/eSIM providers) to clarify requirements and align delivery timelines.
- Actively manage dependencies and impediments to keep delivery on track.
- Keep the team and stakeholders informed about priorities, progress, risks, and changes.
- Support predictable delivery through backlog refinement, PI Planning, reviews, and Inspect & Adapt events.
- Monitor operational quality and connectivity health, ensuring corrective actions are prioritized.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to align scope, timing, and dependencies.
- Continuously improve ways of working to optimize flow and efficiency.
What will help you succeed:
- Strong systems thinking for end‑to‑end vehicle connectivity.
- Ability to grasp complex technical dependencies and assess their impact.
- Product ownership mindset focused on value, flow, and outcomes.
- Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe).
- Excellent communication and alignment skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Confidence in working with evolving requirements and making pragmatic decisions.
- Good understanding of vehicle‑to‑platform connectivity patterns.
- Ability to reason about end‑to‑end connectivity flows and potential issues.
- Extensive hands-on professional experience in a relevant field.
- Operational awareness to identify and address risks and bottlenecks early.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
