We are a dedicated team responsible for PR, internal communications, social media, and public affairs, focused on shaping the future of autonomous mobility. Within the interdisciplinary Communications and Public Affairs department, we collaborate to drive the success of our autonomous mobility solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and create target-group-optimized (B2B/B2G), creative, and high-reach editorial content for external communication channels, with a primary focus on social media.
- C-Level LinkedIn Presence: Establish and manage our C-level LinkedIn profile, including active community engagement.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Content Production: Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute content productions, including photo and video shoots.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with communications and marketing teams to develop integrated, cross-departmental content.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously enhance our digital communication strategy.
- Market Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing market observation and identify emerging trends in digital communications.
What You Bring:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital communications, preferably within the mobility or technology sector, or in an agency setting.
- Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with social media platforms and common Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Executive Communications: Proven experience in executive (C-level) communications and positioning.
- Storytelling & Visuals: Strong storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate company objectives and key messages into compelling content formats, complemented by a keen eye for visual communication.
- Political Acumen: Political awareness and a solid understanding of political contexts and messaging.
- Creativity & Innovation: A high degree of creativity and a passion for experimenting with new approaches.
- Video Content Creation: Experience in producing video content.
- Language Skills: Excellent written German and English skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Initiative: Ability to work effectively in a team while also demonstrating initiative.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally.
