About the Role
Join our dynamic Product Office as a Working Student in Product Process Management (all genders) and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! We are seeking a motivated individual eager to support the development and improvement of end-to-end processes, contribute to process modeling and management system development, and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and transparency.
What You Will Do
- Support the development and maintenance of an end-to-end view of organization-wide business processes and product-related processes.
- Assist in process discoveries, improvement initiatives, and workshops by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and supporting requirement analyses.
- Help create, update, and maintain process models and high-level process overviews for internal and customer-facing use.
- Support the further development and continuous improvement of the process management system, especially its integration with other systems and interfaces.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business functions on cross-functional process development.
- Assist with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks within the team.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Enrollment for at least one year to support personal development and project ownership.
- Strong interest in process management, product development, operational excellence, and end-to-end product/organizational processes.
- Basic knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and process architecture, or a strong willingness to learn.
- A structured and analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Enjoy working methodically and structurally with visual models and structured overviews.
- Ability to work reliably and independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- First experience with process management tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or similar) is beneficial but not required.
