Your Responsibilities

  • Consultation and support of managers in all personnel-related matters
  • Holistic management of the employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to personnel support and offboarding
  • Guidance on labor law issues, conflict management, and support in employee discussions and disciplinary matters
  • Close collaboration with HR Administration and Payroll to ensure efficient HR processes and high data quality
  • Support in performance management processes and assistance with talent and succession planning
  • Participation in HR projects for process optimization, including maintaining relevant HR KPIs and implementing defined measures
  • Collaboration with international HR teams to harmonize operational processes and standards

Your Experience

  • Completed degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Profound knowledge of modern HR instruments and labor law fundamentals
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Structured way of working, high initiative, and hands-on mentality
  • Confident demeanor, decisiveness, and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience in stakeholder management as well as change and transformation processes
