About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant specialising in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join an international IT consulting and software services company. This fully remote role involves delivering SAP projects for clients across Germany, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Asset Management. The scope covers traditional EAM as well as innovative areas such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Asset Performance Management (APM), and Business Network for Asset Collaboration (BNAC).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as an SAP EAM consultant, preferably with project leadership exposure. A strong affinity for cloud technologies including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in emerging technologies and their practical application within industrial environments.
Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a collaborative team spirit are vital for success in this role. Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively operate within the international team and client environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience as an SAP EAM consultant
- Project leadership experience in SAP EAM implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Azure, and AWS
- Understanding of IoT, AI, Asset Performance Management (APM), and BNAC concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach with strong team collaboration
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple client engagements
- Interest in new technologies and industrial applications
