The role
You're the engine room behind our social channels. Your job is making sure we always have something worth posting.
- Track real estate and investment news daily, and turn it into sharp story angles - hook, copy, source, ready to go
- Prepare our podcast episodes for social: pull the strongest moments, mark timecodes, draft captions
- Build a weekly market memo - your own deliverable, yours to keep and show afterwards
- Watch what's working across comparable accounts and adapt the formats that do
- Research and shortlist podcast guests and partnership leads
- Track performance and tell me what the numbers actually mean
What you need
- You're enrolled in a degree that includes a mandatory internship - this is a requirement
- Fluent English. German is helpful but not required
- You read fast, write short, and have opinions
- Curious about real estate, hospitality, or investing. No prior experience needed
- You work independently - remote means nobody is looking over your shoulder
Nice to have
- You can cut short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci - whatever you use). This is the single skill that would make the biggest difference
- You've run a social account before, even a personal or student one
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
- An eye for photography, or an interest in cars, design, or architecture
The setup
Fully remote. Flexible around your timetable. 3--6 months, roughly 20--25 hours per week. As a university-mandated internship, this position is unpaid.
What you get instead: a direct line to the founder, a real look at how deals, brands and events get built, a portfolio piece with your name on it, and a proper reference letter.
