Your Role

As part of our structured expansion in Germany, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales representative (m/f/d) for the strategic expansion of the North Rhine-Westphalia region.

Our approach deliberately differs from classic corporate structures:

  • Premium manufacturing standard with EPDM and Aramid technologies
  • Raw materials from Germany, USA, and Japan
  • Flexible and scalable international supply structure
  • Fast decision-making processes without corporate hierarchies
  • Sustainable market positioning as a technically equivalent secondary supplier

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in technical sales in the field of drive technology or mechanical engineering
  • Active customer portfolio in the industrial sector
  • Existing contacts with decision-makers in medium-sized companies (purchasing, technical, management)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and regional market presence
  • Experience in multi-brand sales of technical industrial products
  • Technical understanding in the field of mechanical power transmission
