Your Role
As part of our structured expansion in Germany, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales representative (m/f/d) for the strategic expansion of the North Rhine-Westphalia region.
Our approach deliberately differs from classic corporate structures:
- Premium manufacturing standard with EPDM and Aramid technologies
- Raw materials from Germany, USA, and Japan
- Flexible and scalable international supply structure
- Fast decision-making processes without corporate hierarchies
- Sustainable market positioning as a technically equivalent secondary supplier
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in technical sales in the field of drive technology or mechanical engineering
- Active customer portfolio in the industrial sector
- Existing contacts with decision-makers in medium-sized companies (purchasing, technical, management)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and regional market presence
- Experience in multi-brand sales of technical industrial products
- Technical understanding in the field of mechanical power transmission
