Requirements

Must have:

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the insurance sector or have a degree in computer science or business administration, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You are proficient in the processes and workflows in the insurance and/or commission environment and ideally have knowledge of end-to-end processes.
  • You have initial experience in consulting and customer collaboration and are comfortable with project and process management.
  • Strong IT affinity, a good portion of technical curiosity, a good understanding of interrelationships and processes, and an agile working method characterize you.
  • You have a high degree of teamwork and communication skills, are interested in creative solutions, and have good German and English skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for communication between our customers and our development teams in the context of the cross-/commission environment.
  • You will convey a basic technical understanding of our software solution msg.Insurance Suite to our customers and agree on individual, standard-near solutions with them.
  • You will record business requirements from customer projects, analyze them, and create business concepts based on them, which you will then implement and document together with the development teams.
  • You will ensure adequate test coverage, be responsible for tests and the documentation of implemented requirements, and actively participate in the migration of data from legacy systems into our msg.Insurance Suite.
  • You will present software functionalities in the context of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and preliminary studies.
