Requirements
Must have:
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable degree or training in the IT field with further education
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the IT environment and in cooperation with junior staff
- Teamwork skills combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- Ideally, already successfully completed trainer aptitude test (IHK, AdA)
- Very good communication skills at all levels within the organization
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Professional and personal support of our trainees in the professions of IT specialist, commercial clerk for digitalization management, as well as students (dual students, interns, working students, and thesis writers) in computer science and IT-related degree programs
- Planning, conceptualization, and teaching of subject-specific training and study content
- Development and execution of IT projects in cooperation with junior staff
- Conducting basic training courses, exam preparation, and deployment planning for trainees and students
- Participation in the selection process for awarding training/study places and determining areas of deployment
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and interfaces in organization and execution
- Conceptualization and execution of marketing measures for acquiring young IT talent in cooperation with the Employer Branding department
