Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Field Service in the Cologne-Bonn Region
What you can expect from us
- You convince our customers of our high-quality fastening and sound insulation solutions as well as products for structural fire protection in direct sales.
- You look after existing customers in your own sales territory, develop them further, and expand the customer base through new customer acquisition, with an increased focus on large customer sales activities.
- You recognize needs, focus on customer benefits, and build stable relationships with decision-makers.
- You always offer solution-oriented advice, whether on-site with the customer or directly at the construction site.
- When closing deals, you impress with negotiation skills and assertiveness in addition to technical expertise.
- You independently manage efficient tour planning from your home office.
- You work closely with our engineers (m/f/d) from application technology, whose competent technical support you can rely on.
What we are looking for
- Completed technical and/or commercial apprenticeship with a strong technical background, preferably in sanitary, heating, air conditioning, or ventilation, ideally with further training as a technician in plant or mechanical engineering (m/f/d) or with a corresponding degree.
- Sound experience and successes in sales/field service of consulting-intensive technical products, ideally in direct sales.
- Experience in handling complex projects in the construction sector (TGA - Technical Building Equipment) as well as in managing large customers.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, very good technical understanding and background knowledge.
- Assertiveness and decisiveness, confident demeanor, and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Residence in the sales territory or willingness to relocate.
- Experience in CAD / AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Your strengths also include a high willingness to learn, success orientation, and a high degree of commitment and energy.
