Job Description:

Musterring International is one of the most well-known furniture brands in the European market and stands for high-quality system programs for all areas of interior design. Sales are made through qualified furniture retailers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of monthly payroll accounting, taking into account tax, social security, and labor law provisions
  • Support for all social security issues from entry to exit
  • Correspondence with social security institutions and authorities
  • Support and administration of continued remuneration and statutory leave of absence
  • Assistance with audits by pension insurance and authorities
  • Taking over tasks in fleet and insurance management
  • Advising employees on payroll tax and social security law issues
  • Support with overarching HR topics, projects, and administrative tasks

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in human resources or as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of social security and payroll tax law, as well as applicable legal bases
  • Confident use of common payroll software (ideally NAPA3)
  • Structured, careful, and independent way of working
  • High level of discretion and pronounced sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
