Junior Operations Manager (m/w/d) Customer Service Permanent, Full-time · Remote, Osnabrück

Your Work Location We offer a modern workplace with flexible working hours and locations, including the option to work from home. You can work fully remotely or from our Osnabrück office. Occasional travel to Osnabrück (1-2 days per quarter) may be required for important meetings.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and collaborate with external customer service providers within customer projects.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer service strategies, actively contributing improvement ideas.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Track KPIs to maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify patterns, and derive optimization potentials.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial studies or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial practical experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally with external service providers.
  • Basic understanding of contact center processes in customer service.
  • Analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with CRM and call center systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Team player with confident German and fluent English communication skills.
