Responsibilities

For our mission "building customer-centric companies," we are looking for smart Consultative Sellers who combine consulting, project management, solution development, and, of course, a lot of communication with our customers. Instead of cold calling, you'll focus on in-depth needs analyses, close coordination with our expert teams, and the development of tailored offers.

  • After intensive onboarding, you will manage your first own customer accounts independently.
  • You will handle customer inquiries from potential new customers and be the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  • You will identify customer needs and, together with our delivery team, create customized solutions from our service portfolio.
  • You will manage the entire bidding process, from the creation of offer documents to the final presentation to the client.
  • You will prepare and conduct customer appointments and create presentations for pitches, webinars, workshops, and internal communication.

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree (Business Administration, Business Management, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, International Management, or similar) or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have initial experience in sales and account management.
  • You possess a high degree of accuracy, initiative with a hands-on mentality, and business acumen.
  • You are passionate about digital topics and AI solutions and have a strong interest in innovative solutions in customer communication.
  • You are a team player and communicate confidently in German and English.
