The salary range is between €65,000 and €75,000 gross annually, depending on experience.

Work Model: Full-time, remote

Muxon is a small, globally active recruitment agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our client -- a Hamburg-based digital product studio that develops innovative web and mobile solutions for clients in industries such as e-commerce, industry, knowledge management, and sports.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for 1--3 parallel web and mobile projects --- from discovery and concept through release to continuous development
• Translation of customer requirements into clearly defined user stories; structuring and prioritizing the backlog
• Moderation of agile ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) in cross-functional teams
• Central interface function between development, design, and stakeholders; clarification of scope, priorities, and dependencies
• Monitoring of product and usage metrics after release, derivation of data-driven measures, and continuous optimization
• Presentation of results in regular reviews, expectation management, and proactive risk management
• Balancing user value, technical feasibility, and pragmatic implementation with high quality and deadline requirements
• Participation in the further development of processes and standards in the Product & Tech environment

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment
• Negotiable German and English skills (business fluent)
• Strong technical understanding to assess feasibility and solution approaches together with developers
• Sound knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) and agile mindset
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in agency or startup environments
• Experience with mobile apps (iOS / Android)
• Basic knowledge in at least one programming language
• Degree in Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field
