Responsibilities
- As a part-time HR administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining and managing personnel files and HR data in the systems used.
- You will create employment contracts, certificates, references, and other personnel-related documents.
- You will support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure their smooth integration.
- You will also coordinate appointments, handle communication with internal and external contacts, and manage general administrative tasks in the HR department.
- You will participate in process optimization and take on special tasks and project-related issues.
Qualifications
- You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or with a focus on personnel, or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in HR administration, personnel management, or as an HR Assistant.
- You also have experience with HR software and are proficient in using MS Office applications.
- A structured, careful, and discreet way of working characterizes you; you also work independently, proactively, and goal-oriented.
- Very good German language skills complete your profile.
