For brands and retailers, there is no way around e-commerce and a well-managed marketplace presence. We help brands and retailers successfully position and sell products on the marketplaces relevant to them with perfect content and targeted advertising campaigns. As a Marketplace Manager, you support our clients in building and successfully scaling their presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Otto, Zalando and many others, nationally and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Planning and development of go-to-market strategies for our marketplace clients
• Onboarding and successful launches of brands on marketplaces
• Strategic client consulting for optimal marketplace presence
• Ad creation and data-driven optimization in marketplace tools
• Potential research for new marketplaces and business models
• Research of current marketplace news, trends and competitors
• Support in creating client and pitch presentations

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in economics or comparable completed vocational training
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, Otto, or similar) in the areas of strategy, management, content or advertising
• High interest in the digital sector
• Very good project management skills
• Initial knowledge in working with marketplace analysis tools such as Helium 10, JungleScout, ShopDoc, Amalyze, or others
• Good knowledge in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, n8n or similar
• High willingness to learn and solution-oriented thinking
• Optional: Initial experience working in an agency
• Fluent German and English, other languages such as Dutch are a bonus
