Your Responsibilities in Detail:
- Independent support and expansion of the specialist retail network in the Rhine/Ruhr metropolitan region
- Strategic and operational responsibility for selected key accounts in the bicycle chain sector
- Implementation of the sales strategy, taking brand goals into account
- Creation and presentation of forecasts, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify potential
- Planning and execution of product training and customer events
- Active participation in trade fairs, industry events, and customer events
- Planning and implementation of sales promotions and product placements
- Coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics, IT) and external partners (agencies, wholesalers)
- Responsibility for revenue and sales targets, as well as ensuring brand compliance across all touchpoints
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, completed vocational training with professional experience, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in field sales or sales in the bicycle or sports retail sector
- Very good market knowledge in the bicycle sector and current trends
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- Fluent German and English skills, further foreign language an advantage (e.g., French, Dutch)
- Passion for cycling and enthusiasm for high-quality products
- High awareness of quality and brand
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer focus
- Independent, agile, and solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of personal responsibility and willingness to travel (up to 70%), including weekends
