To strengthen our Project Management and Planning department in the Urban Living & Commercial business unit in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, or Eggolsheim near Nuremberg / Bamberg, we are looking for you as soon as possible for permanent employment as a

Engineer / Master Craftsman / Technician for Heating Technology MEP Renewable Energies (Full-time/Part-time, min. 32 hrs./week, m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical planning, calculation, and design of heating centers and heat networks for our decentralized neighborhood projects, supplied with 100% renewable heat.
• Concept development (e.g., in feasibility studies) for new and existing buildings using heat pumps with air, wastewater, and near-surface geothermal sources.
• Selection of system components. Development of the planning and technical solution in teamwork and coordination of interfaces internally with MSR/electrical planning and technical drawing, as well as externally with the manufacturer and other project participants (architects/building planners/clients).
• Planning and calculation of projects within the scope of service phases 1 to 7. Taking over all planning tasks together with the client's planners and technical building equipment.
• Simulation using software solutions such as Polysun or Earth Energy Designer (EED).
• Finally, creation of tender documents using the ORCA-AVA program.

In the Urban Living and Commercial business unit, we develop tailor-made energy solutions for future neighborhoods and buildings. These supply their residents with energy generated directly on-site from decentralized energy facilities. Your Qualifications

• Studies in a technical or energy technology field with a focus on, e.g., building energy systems, supply engineering, technical building equipment (MEP), renewable energies, engineering, or comparable, or alternatively as a master craftsman or technician from the trades with planning experience.
• Professional experience in the planning and design of components in heating centers, ideally also heat pump systems and heat networks, or in technical building equipment.
• Ideally, experience with simulation software such as Polysun.
