Requirements
Must have:
- Completed studies or training in a commercial or technical field.
- Familiarity with the processes of energy suppliers through experience in the energy sector.
- 3-4 years of experience and expertise in configuring, implementing, and further developing SAP IS-U systems, with a focus on Energy Data Management (EDM).
- Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities is desirable.
- Ideally, foundational knowledge in IT project management and familiarity with an object-oriented programming language such as ABAP or Java.
- High-level or native German and fluent English for effective client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting for our German and European clients in the energy sector on all matters concerning Energy Data Management (EDM) in SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Analyzing, standardizing, and further developing EDM-relevant processes -- from meter readings and profiles to balancing.
- Supporting clients in migrating from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA Utilities and guiding them through all phases of the transformation.
- Contributing to current topics in the energy industry, including regulatory changes (MaBiS/GaBi).
- Creating requirement concepts, designing solutions, managing their implementation, and organizing workshops and training sessions.
- Actively participating in the establishment of the new EDM team: knowledge building, defining structures, developing standards.
- As a member of our team, you are also part of the SAP Utilities Enablement Community, where you develop new solutions for the energy industry together with us and other partners.
- Taking responsibility for subject matter expertise and mentoring colleagues.
