To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced HR (Operations) Manager (m/f/d) who will holistically manage all HR topics and act as a central point of contact between management, employees, and external partners.
Position: HR (Operations) Manager (m/f/d) -- 100% Remote
Type: Full-time / 100% Remote
Your Responsibilities
As an HR (Operations) Manager, you will be responsible for all HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle. In this standalone role, you will manage day-to-day operations -- from personnel administration and payroll to labor law issues -- while also serving as the central point of contact for our employees and managers. Furthermore, you will further develop existing HR processes and actively shape the further development of our HR work.
Personnel Administration & HR Operations
- Creation, review, and management of employment contracts, additional agreements, and contract changes
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
- Management of all administrative HR processes (entry, changes, exit)
- Close collaboration with external payroll accounting and tax advisors
Payroll & Salary Calculation
- Preparation and coordination of monthly payroll and salary calculations
- Review of calculations, allowances, bonus payments, and absences
- Contact person for employees regarding questions about salary, social security, taxes, and benefits
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Organization and execution of structured onboarding processes
- Central contact person for employees on all HR-related issues
- Support for managers in personnel-related matters
- Accompanying employee discussions and HR-related measures
Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations (DE / CH)
- Support in special HR-related cases
- Experience in temporary employment (ANÜ) and collaboration with personnel service providers is an advantage
HR Systems & Processes
- Maintenance and further development of HR processes
- Working with HR tools (knowledge of Personio is advantageous)
- Support in optimizing and digitizing HR workflows
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in Human Resources, HR, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Very good knowledge of personnel administration and payroll processes
- Experience in temporary employment (ANÜ) desirable
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Confident use of MS Office; Personio knowledge advantageous
