Your Role: Account Manager Inside Sales (w/m/d)

We are seeking a passionate and solution-oriented Account Manager Inside Sales for our Pforzheim location. You will be the central point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing projects from start to finish with expertise and dedication.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advise, support, and develop existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers.
  • Create, track, and process offers and orders, focusing on optimal solutions.
  • Analyze technical requirements and assist customers with challenging high-tech projects.
  • Manage the entire sales process, utilizing our CRM system for customer and project data.
  • Actively contribute to process optimization and project management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed vocational training or university degree.
  • Enthusiasm for technology; ability to explain complex topics clearly and customer-centrically.
  • Hands-on mentality, structured work approach, and flexibility.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of customer interaction.
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
