NEOLYMP is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand in the fitness and home gym sector. We build functional, high-quality products and scale them through high-performing sales channels. Amazon plays a central role, not as a secondary channel, but as a true growth engine.

Our Marketplace department is growing. That's why we are looking for experienced Amazon Marketplace Managers who know what they are doing, want to take responsibility, and are eager to profitably scale Amazon to a high level together with their colleagues. All roles are equally positioned.

This is not about the basics, but about clean listings, strong conversion, clear analyses, and economic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and further development of high-level Amazon listings with a clear focus on conversion, relevance, and profitability
  • Responsibility for the performance of your products along the customer journey, from search results to purchase completion
  • Conducting well-founded market, competitor, and keyword analyses
  • Identification of conversion levers, e.g., improving product presentation, reducing purchase drop-offs, optimizing offer structure
  • Analysis of sessions, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability, and derivation of concrete measures
  • Evaluation and decision on whether products should run via FBA or FBM, based on margins, cost structure, and scalability
  • Optimization and further development of the Amazon Brand Store
  • Close collaboration and active knowledge transfer with Design, Operations, Sourcing, Support, and Logistics
  • Contributing ideas, best practices, and learnings from previous projects or brands

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of operational experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager
  • Proven experience with at least one 7-figure Amazon brand
  • or experience in an agency that has managed multiple 7- to 8-figure Amazon brands
  • Very good understanding of how strong Amazon listings are built and why they convert
  • Strong analytical thinking, especially regarding conversion, purchase drop-offs, market, and competitor structures
  • Clear margin and profit understanding to make economically sound decisions
  • Very good feel for listing graphics, imagery, and visual conversion drivers (you don't create graphics yourself, but you know exactly what good graphics should look like)
  • Structured, self-reliant way of working
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Optional, but welcome

  • Experience or interest in Amazon Ads (we use a bid management tool, but welcome impulses, feedback, and new ideas)
