Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building partnerships, and coaching your team to success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English are required.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Minimum 8 years of field sales experience and 2 years of people management experience with direct reports required.
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.

This is a pipeline position that will be opened on a recurring basis and used to fill roles aligned with the required skill sets. Recruiting efforts will be ongoing until specific teams find an ideal match.
